FOR BUYERS:  I will set up a very specific home search, with the exact criteria you give me, that will be emailed directly to you every time a new listing is put into the MLS System!  You can then let me know which homes YOU want to see.  My services are FREE to all Buyers.  

FOR SELLERS:  I will come to your home, give you the latest comparables for your neighborhood, consult with you on the best selling strategy to take -- allowing your home to sell in the shortest time frame, with the least amount of aggravation!  A Seller pays the Realtor's fee...but only when your home SELLS.
